What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments at our online checkout. For in-store, we take all of that plus cash and checks. For our corporate accounts, we take cards, House Accounts, ACH, and check.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! We are known for custom designs done by our award winning designers who can create a very unique designs just for you. Just tell us more about you and your events!
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot(weather permitted) or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time. Our drivers are very careful to deliver your flowers to the recipients' hands in best condition!
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in DC Metro area?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across DC Metro area. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes(Suite numbers, department names, positions) during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as hand-written greeting cards, bottles of wine, chocolate truffle bars, plush toys. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
If it came in as a hand-tied wrapped bouquet, upwrap it(take off the water bag) and trim the stem and play it in a watered vase. Trim the stems every other day, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life. If it came in a floral foam, simply refill water in the container.
