I love everything I have ordered from Park Florist. They make the most beautiful arrangements! I only wish they delivered just a few miles further into Howard County so I could order for myself instead of everyone else. They are the best!

Flowers looked beautiful in the picture. While they were being prepared we called to have delivery address changed to our own house nearby so we could deliver them to our neighbor’s house in person at a certain time. Park Florist accepted the new delivery address but ended up delivering them to the original address anyway. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for your feedback. During our delivery attempt to the address that you changed to (7300), our delivery driver was redirected to the 7302 address, where the flowers were received well by recipient. Thank you for trusting us with your flowers.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
